The mission
Throughout the world, high school is considered to be one of the most stressful times in life. There are various methods to cope with stress, but one of the most effective methods is through the art of dance. A meta-analysis of 23 international studies on the effects of dancing, reported in The Arts in Psychotherapy magazine, concludes that dancing has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of anxiety and depression but it also more likely to be voluntarily continued by participants. This project will help high schoolers combat stress through Dance.
